Customer reviews

just ok 1 by .. Matthew Klockowski (NY USA)
First it was back ordered for more than 2 months! Second they didn't tell me after 30 days amazon cancels the order, thus making me wait even longer!

Came shipped with a bent frame and chipped paint. northern tolls customer service sucks! Rode the bike for two weeks before it broke completely! A waste of my money and time! Do not spend the money on this, put down the extra hundred dollars and get a good mountain bike.

Amazingly great for the money 5 by .. Michael Lipman (Chicago il)
I bought this from wall mart. Remember you have to charge and discharge the battery 3 times before it works best. But It is so much fun to ride.

You press this button and it just zooms along for about 2 hours or may be 15 to 20 miles. I love it

Great bike for short distances- and is still good exorcise!! 5 by .. Andrew D. Esquivel (Plainfield IL USA)
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2QQIDZUA6K1S3 This video was originally for youtube (you can find it and part 2 of this video on my youtube page www.youtube.com/andrewesquivel)but I thought uploading it here would be good too. This is a great bike and i ride it every day. I have even lost weight by doing so! just cuz its electric, doesn't mean you wont get some what of a work out *wink*

Very Pleased 5 by .. Michael J. Siemer (Chattanooga, TN)
I am very pleased with this Product. This is the Third one I purchased. 1st a mens bike, I paid $100. extra in delivery from Norther Tool. Then another Mens- whent to Northern Store & Purchased to be deliverd to thier store/ saved on delivery charge. But the Best Deal was the womens Curry on Amazon.com they charged No tax and No Delivery, just a strait $389.

All the bikes work Fine. I read a few bad reviews. It appears some people have tried to unscrew the fromt break to adjust it enough to put the front tire on. Not Necessary! Just pull the whole break harnest out of its slot and back in after placing tire on. Also some in reviews could'nt get them started and sent them back. Try the on and off switch for left or right optional battery located underneith back rack.

We had one Nut come off on the Womens Pedel Arm, no problem, just tighten it back on. I dont like the fact that the Extra Battery can only be purchased through Curry at more than $140. tax/delivery. I found the same sealed batteries at a local battery store for $39. each and I'm going to replicate their harnesting shell out of wood/ luan & 1x3's routerd. Overall Very Pleased. They Ride Sweet. Peddle only on hills, they will last farther distance. God Bless, Michael Siemer, Chatt. TN

Good product, beware of size tho 4 by .. Anonymous (Central Vermont)
The bike was everything I had hoped for -- reasonable price, good design, sturdy, easy to put together. However, I am only 5 feet 4 inches and didn't think about the frame size. It was too big for me -- I was afraid that I'd take more falls getting used to an electric throttle and so the increased size felt too unsafe. I re-sold it on craigslist to a person 5'7".

I own an earlier version of the bike. Batteries never worked as advertised. Customer service is non existant. I bought new batteries in January, did everything they said. They will not return money or even return phone calls. Stay away from this product, and anything made by Currie Tehcnologies.
